Changing or cancelling an order
Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you received your order. To cancel your order please contact us in writing within 7 days. If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required
to place an additional order.

Will any return costs be refunded?
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs – up to 2nd class postage only). We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive
my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

When will I receive my refund?
We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.

Customers will be given a 14 days cooling off period to cancel after agreeing to our terms (payment plan must be shown in full along with £5 setup fee we will add at full price point)
 eg (£188.60 includes £5 admin fee) £48.60 deposit +10 x £14 monthly payments
If customer decides to cancel our payment plan within 14 days then a full refund of deposit and cancellation of the 10 monthly payments will be given minus £5 fee.
If a customer decides to cancel due to no longer wanting to be on a course then 30 days notice must be given and cancellation of the following months payment and future payments will be cancelled. deposit and earlier payments will cover Sport’s Future costs and services prior to cancellation
A customer cancelling due to a severe injury eg broken leg or serious illness must provide a doctors note as proof and give us 14 days notice. Sport’s Future Ltd once receiving the proof and accepting will arrange for any coaching sessions to be subtracted from the monthly amount and cancel the remaining payments due.
Deposits must be accepted by customers as non refundable in our terms and conditions and payment plan explained in full including £5 charge for set up/admin costs.
Customers paying in full per term should understand in our terms and conditions that any cancellation due to a child no longer wanting to participate will again need to give 30 days notice and will be refunded for monies owing from 30 days after notice was given to the end of any course paid for.
A customer that can no longer afford their payment plan must prove a change in circumstances eg lost their job or are in severe debt in writing to Sport’s Future Ltd and give evidence that will be considered when requesting a refund. The terms will be based case by case to ensure compassion is given to our customers, ensuring that both parties end the contract fairly and any coaching sessions already completed are deducted from the refund amount plus admin fees.
Any refunds, returns or complaints regarding Merchandise sold by our provider Pendle should contacted directly and Sport’s Future has no financial interest in the company.
